Such premiums could pose significant financial strains on families.

Businesses encounter challenges in providing comprehensive benefits to their employees, given the associated costs which could potentially strain their financial resources. However, they recognize the importance of offering benefits to retain skilled personnel. A notable trend among larger corporations is the shift towards self-funded plans, prioritizing both the economic viability and well-being of their workforce.
