Terms of Service & User Agreement
By enrolling in or using any services offered by Legacy Healthcare Solutions (“Legacy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
Legacy Healthcare Solutions provides access to telemedicine services and healthcare-related benefit programs, including but not limited to 24/7 telemedicine access, prescription discount programs, and additional healthcare savings or wellness services.
Legacy Healthcare Solutions is not an insurance company, and the services provided are not health insurance. Enrollment does not guarantee coverage, payment of medical claims, or reimbursement for services.
2. Telemedicine Services
Telemedicine services are provided by independent, licensed medical providers through a third-party platform. Legacy does not provide medical care and does not control medical decisions. Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and medical advice are solely the responsibility of the licensed provider.
Telemedicine services are intended for non-emergency medical conditions only. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
3. Eligibility & Household Access
Your subscription may include access for eligible household members as defined at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information. Sharing access outside of your household is prohibited.
4. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
Legacy does not guarantee medical outcomes, availability of specific providers, issuance of prescriptions, or that services will be appropriate for all medical conditions.
5. Prescription Services
Prescriptions, if issued, are provided at the sole discretion of the treating provider. Controlled substances and certain medications may not be prescribed. Prescription discount programs are not insurance and do not guarantee the lowest available price.
6. Fees, Billing & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Legacy respects your privacy. Personal and health information may be shared only as necessary to deliver services and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy is not liable for medical outcomes, provider decisions, service interruptions, or technology failures. Legacy’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Healthcare Solutions from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of services, inaccurate enrollment information, or unauthorized use.
10. Termination of Services
Legacy may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with cancellation terms provided at enrollment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, clicking “I Agree,” or using Legacy Healthcare Solutions services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service and understand that these services are not insurance.
